Coming really soon. Like in 4 days. See what's going down here. However, let me just say that Dave Eggers will not be here this year. He was here last year. Last year was 2008. It happens.

So if you find yourself somewhere near Clemson, S.C. on April 2-4, you should find yourself at the Clemson Literary Festival (2009 edition). I'll be introducing the poet Claire Bateman Friday night. Hurrah for lovely words!

Clemson Poetry Award

I just recently found out that I won the Clemson University English Department's Creative Writing Award for Poetry. Well, heck yeah! There's a ceremony for the English Dept. on April 6, 3:30pm, in the Brooks Center. Be there. I am honored to represent Clemson University as a student of poetry. I want to thank my poetry professors, Jillian Weise and John Pursley III, for guiding me.
